* Beginner Friendly classes
All classes are 75 minutes unless otherwise specified.
Class Styles and Descriptions:
Vinyasa: Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word for Flow. This will be a fun, moving yoga flow, geared towards body movement and breathe work. WARM will be heated to 80-85 degrees.
Kids Yoga: This class is a playful class geared towards kids 7 years old and up. Kids should expect to explore body movement and tools for stress reduction.
Back to Basics: A class for the beginner or level 1 practitioner, teaching yoga posture foundation and body movement. A great place to start, refresh or maintain your yoga practice.
HOT Flow 1 & 2: This class will be 95-100 degrees, level 1 &2 classes are for students who feel comfortable in a beginner class and have an adventurous spirit. Be prepared to grow your yoga practice in this class.
Power Flow: This powerful flow yoga class will engage your strength and flexibility. A great way to grow your yoga practice.
Mindful Flow: This class with incorporate a yoga practice with mindfulness techniques for overall mental health and stress reduction.
Back Care Yoga: A yoga class developed to teach a variety of poses to strengthen and protect your back. All levels welcome. IF RECOVERING FROM INJURY OR SURGERY, TALK TO YOUR MD FIRST BEFORE ENGAGING IN AN EXERCISE PROGRAM.
Core Yoga: This challenging class will focusing on strengthen your core muscles, taking your yoga practice to the next level.
HOT 27 Session (90min): This is a static class of the same 27 postures in a HOT room. Be prepared to SWEAT! Prior yoga experience recommended. Room heated to 100 degrees.
Align Your Yoga 1&2: This class is an Iyengar (alignment based) inspired class with a focus on taking your practice to the next level.
Gentle Yoga: A gentle yoga practice for all levels. A wonderful way to unwind! All levels welcome.
Devotional Yoga: This class incorporates inspirational scripture with a yoga practice. All levels welcome.
Yoga for Every Body: This fun class geared towards getting every BODY moving. All levels welcome.
Yin-Yasa WARM: This practice incorporates the art of Yin yoga with a few Yang flows. This class is a wonderful way to increase your flexibility and maintain strength. Great for athletes. All levels welcome.
Restore & Renew: A restorative/gentle yoga practice where props are used for support. This nourishing practice will leave you feeling refreshed. All levels welcome.
